Prior to admission, each prospective resident is encouraged to visit the home to ensure the environment feels right for them.
We provide a personalised care and support plan tailored to each individual. When we first hear from a new resident, we take time to understand their life history, likes, dislikes, and medical background. This information helps us develop a detailed personal profile and care plan. We encourage and support residents to remain as independent as possible, continue daily activities, pursue hobbies and interests, stay active, and spend meaningful time with family and friends.
We work closely with residents and their families, friends, advocates, and other professionals involved in their care. By gathering comprehensive information together, we ensure we are fully equipped to meet each person’s individual needs.
